our story
Rasm [ruh-sum] means "custom" or "tradition" in Hindi. Ghee is the first of many rasms we hope to share with you.
In our home, ghee has always been more than just an ingredient. We cook with it. We light candles with it. We use it to enhance both the flavor and the nourishment of our meals. But our story with ghee stretches far beyond the walls of our kitchen or the branches of our family tree.
